ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.Madhava Govindhan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.P.Maharajan Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] "This Court vide its order dated 10.01.2025 dismissed the writ petition with cost of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh Rupees only) to be paid by the petitioner to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 22.01.2025. However, subsequently, the petitioner filed a modification petition and got the order dated 10.01.2025 modified, wherein this Court by its order dated 23.01.2025 directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees only) and directed the matter to be posted under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. Accordingly, this writ petition is listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cost imposed by this Court on the petitioner has been paid. He has also filed a memo to that effect enclosing the receipt for payment. 2/4

3. In view of the above compliance, no further orders are required in this petition."
