RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 17608 of 2017 dated 21.12.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.K.M.APPAJI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17608 of 2017 dated 21.12.2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. This Court passed an order on 21.12.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.17608 of 2017, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- as one of the conditions for granting anticipatory bail in favour of him. As of now, according to the prosecution, during the time of investigation, the stolen property was recovered. 4.Considering the submission made by either side, this Court comes to the conclusion that the request made by the petitioner is a reasonable one. Due to which, this Court is inclined to modify the condition that the earlier direction issued by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of Crime No.470 of 2017 is not necessary. However, this Court directs the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with two sureties before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on or before 23.01.2018.
