Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the judgment and decree dated 20.07.2015 made in MCOP No.172 of 2015 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur at Kumbakonam. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SIVA THILAKAR, Advocate for the Appellant and of M/S.B.JAMEEL ARASU,Advocate, on behalf of the 1st Respondent, and of M/S.K.BASKARAN,Advocate for 2nd respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the above appeal.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.5,00/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Legal Services Authority attached to this bench, on or before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
