O R D E R
What is under challenge in this writ petition is a proceeding issued by the Tahsildar, Cheranmahadevi on 15.11.2019. The issue concerns the affairs of Pentecostal Church at Odakarai, Tirunelveli District. It appears that there are two groups and they are at loggerheads. The grievance of the petitioner is that by the impugned proceedings, certain directions have been issued. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents herein.
3.I make it clear that the impugned proceedings cannot be legally enforced and they do not have any legal consequence as such. If the issues between the parties cannot be resolved, it is for the contending parties to move either the Civil Court or any other appropriate forum.
