O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to execute the warrant against Baskararajan issued in S.T.C.No.1485 of 2008 on 04.03.2013 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no one appeared for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after conducting the trial in S.T.C.No.1485 of 2008 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, the case has been ended in acquittal by order dated 15.04.2015. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
