ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to count 50% of the petitioner's Noon Meal / Anganwadi services for pensionary benefits and to award pension.

2. The point for consideration in this Writ Petition has already been decided by the Hon'ble Full Bench decision of this Court reported in 2019(6) CTC 705.

3. In view of the ratio laid down by the Full Bench Decision of this Court, the petitioner herein is not entitled to the relief. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
