ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to release and hand over a tractor and a trailer, which were seized by the respondent Bank.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the Bank, the seized vehicles were sold and the amount was credited to the loan account of the petitioner. The balance amount has also been paid by the writ petitioner in full and final settlement. Since the entire loan amount has been paid, the question of releasing or handing over the vehicles does not arise.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
