This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.372 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard, Mr.K.Prabhu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, the F.I.R has been closed on 25.06.2015 as

further action dropped.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has submitted that no notice has been given with regard to the closure of the First Information Report.

5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the first respondent is directed to send notice to the second respondent with regard to the closure of the First Information Report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.With the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the second respondent to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
