ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.DEVASENA, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- Since there is a decree for specific performance, interim stay granted by this Court on 05.11.2009 for a period of two weeks is extended, and made absolute.

The counsel on either side submitted that they are prepared to argue the main appeal and a date may be fixed for final hearing.
