Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.183 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20351 of 2018 on 10.01.2019.

on 10.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.183 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20351 of 2018 on 10.01.2019 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
