O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation based on the complaint lodged by one T.Balamurugan S/o.Thangapandi Nadar.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner only, petition enquiry is being conducted and there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the meantime, the petitioner shall not be harassed. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
