ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 24.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law and file a final report. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions would submit that no petition is pending before the second respondent police.
3.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ directed to appear before the second respondent police on 16.07.2015, along with a copy of the complaint, dated 24.06.2015. The second
respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks thereafter and also directed to register F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted. 4.With the above direction, this petition is disposed.
