Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17671 of 2018 on 17.12.2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17671 of 2018 on 17.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
