PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime no.03 of 2026 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- On 09.01.2026, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the injured is still in hospital. Therefore, this Court granted interim bail to the petitioners.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

3. In view of the above submission, interim bail granted to the petitioners is made absolute.

4. The petitioners 1, 3 and 4 are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the second petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
