This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the boundary stone erected by the fourth respondent on the basis of the application submitted by the sixth respondent, without considering the petitioner's objections dated 10.12.2025, in respect of the lands situated in Survey Nos.547/6A (0.47 cents), 547/6C (0.49 cents), 548/1C (0.52 cents), 548/1F (0.30 cents) and 548/1A (0.30 cents), at Poovayeepatty Village, Vadaseri Post, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite the petitioner having submitted objections dated 10.12.2025, the fourth respondent, without considering the same and solely on the basis of the application submitted by the sixth respondent, conducted a survey and erected boundary stones in the subject property.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first to fourth respondents, on instructions, would submit that the survey had already been conducted and boundary stones had also been fixed in respect of the property, which is an undivided property, and that the property cannot be subdivided except pursuant to an order of the competent civil court.

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
