RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 15.02.2018 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 2420 of 2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side)for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2420 of 2018, dated 15.02.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ from 18.12.2017 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is not yet completed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is abiding the condition without any deviation and the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the earlier condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
