The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to quash the F.I.R in Cr.No.146 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.77 of 2015 before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
