O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent, not to harass the petitioner and his tenants, under the guise of enquiry in a civil dispute, in pursuant to the summon, dated 07.01.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has circulated a copy of the Closure Report. Wherein, it has been found that on the basis of the complaint, given by the second respondent, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.40485 of 2020 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that it is purely a civil dispute between the parties and the second respondent given a statement to the effect that she will work out her remedy through proper civil proceedings. So, on that ground, it came to be closed, on 05.09.2021. 3.Since the complaint given by the second respondent was closed by the first respondent, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and the petition become infructuous.

Crl.OP(MD).No.857 of 2021 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
