respondent dated 24.11.2025 and consequently, grant appointment to the petitioner, if he is otherwise eligible.

For Petitioner : Mr.M.Punitha Deva Kumar For Respondent : Mr.Ajmalkhan, Additional Advocate General assisted by M/s.P.Yasmin Begum Standing Counsel COMMON ORDER The petitioners have filed these writ petitions challenging the notification issued by the Medical Services Recruitment Board for the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife/Village Health Nurse stating that the Tamil Medium students have not been considered and the age limit has not been prescribed and in view of that, they are not in a position to participate in the recruitment process.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submits that no age limit has been prescribed in the Notification and there is no restriction for the persons who have studied in the Tamil medium.
