RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition as that the petitioner shall appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam instead of appear before respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for the period of 3 weeks in Crl.OP.NO. 1801/2018 dated 06.02.

2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1801 of 2018, dated 06.02.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner complied the condition on 28.02.2018 and 01.03.2018. Further he added that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.88 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the earlier condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned on all hearing dates without fail.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
