ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action on the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2025 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2025 is pending before the third respondent for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry. 2/4
