Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 and 5 not to insist any bill while transporting wastage food through vehicle to the Pig Farm situated at No.283/1-1, Kottaikarunkulam Village, Thirunarayanapuram Road, Kannagkulam, Thisayanvilai Taluk, Tirunelveli District and thereby passing orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.12.2024 and to pass such further or other orders as this Court.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 and 5 not to insist any bill while transporting wastage food through vehicle to the Pig Farm situated at No. 283/1-1, Kottaikarunkulam Village, Thirunarayanapuram Road, Kannagkulam, Thisayanvilai Taluk, Tirunelveli District and thereby passing orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.12.2024. 2/6

2. According to the petitioner, he is running a Pig Farm in the name and style of S.M.P.Agro Farm at No.283/1-1. While so, he in order to feed the pigs in the above said farm, used to procure food waste from Kerala regularly by using the Vehicles. Presently some of the miscreants had dumped the meat waste and medical waste from Kerala in a public place in Tamil Nadu. Therefore, the genuine purchase of the petitioner has also been affected and citing the above said incident, the respondent officials preventing the petitioner from taking the waste food from Kerala. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents on 30.12.2024 and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents received the representation from the petitioner and the same is under consideration. Already some unknown persons have dumped the meat waste and medical waste from Kerala in the public place of Tamil Nadu. Therefore, they will consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within 15 days.

Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court recording the above said submission of the respondents, directs the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner and to take appropriate decision in accordance with law within 15 days from the date of this order.
