The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.641 of 2015 of Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the investigation in Crime No.641 of 2015 of Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District is almost completed and sought two months time to file final report.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.641 of 2015 of Othakadai Police Station, Madurai District within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
