ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that the writ petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and he was allowed to retire from service on 31.01.2016 and thereafter, the benefits as applicable are also settled in favour of the writ petitioner. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.
