SENTHIL KUMARAIAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1772 of 2018, dated 06.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation from 22.02.2018 till date. He further submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ charge sheet has been filed.
4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is fully relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.
5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
