This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to direct the respondents to sanction retirement benefits to the petitioner in the light of Rule 11(4) of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 within the time limit.

2.It is represented that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondents have rejected the request of the petitioner and against which, the petitioner has preferred another writ petition.
