This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused No.3, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.74 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.18 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that in spite of stay granted by this Court, the first respondent has filed charge sheet.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to take appropriate action against the first respondent, if he feels that the first respondent has violated the order of this Court.
