Heard the argument put forth by the petitioner.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the house of the petitioner is being demolished by the respondent. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction for speedy disposal of I.A.No.942 of 2019 in O.S.No.195 of 2019.

3. In the above circumstances, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.942 of 2019 in O.S.No.195 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
