ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 495 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.14 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant, the petitioner, who has already married and having two children and suppressed the earlier marriage, married the de-facto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the de-facto complainant has voluntarily approached the petitioner for marriage.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has married the de-facto complainant suppressing the earlier marriage which is still subsisting.
