Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner on the supervision of the second respondent by considering her representation, dated 29.12.2020 and 08.01.2021 for entering into her own house beyond illegal obstruction by the fourth respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner on the supervision of the second respondent, by considering her representation, dated 29.12.2020 and 08.01.2021 for entering into her own house beyond illegal obstruction by the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 08.01.2021. The third respondent conducted an enquiry and it was closed.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and to the respondents 4 and 5 herein and conduct the enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With these observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
