Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that against the order passed in W.P.(MD). No. 19230 of 2023, dated 09.08.2023, an appeal in W.A(MD) 322 of 2024 has been preferred by the respondents.

2.In view of the order passed by the Division Bench in the writ appeal, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
