This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.36 of 2012, on the file of the first respondent dated 08.11.2012.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the investigation in Crime No.36 of 2012, on the file of the first respondent, has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed on 18.06.2015 before the concerned Court.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
