ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 herein to conduct a thorough and impartial enquiry and passing appropriate preventive orders to safeguard the petitioners peaceful possession of 2 acres 88 cents in S.No.73/2, Patta No.1005, Amur Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's representations dated 05.11.2025 and 24.11.2025 submitted under section 164 BNSS,2023, within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court. 2/5
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint notice was issued to the respondents.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 05.11.2025 and 24.11.2025, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of Eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
