ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of the case in Crime No.1896 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been compromised between the parties and on that ground, the matter has been listed today under the caption for compromise.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 2nd respondent herein, investigation was undertaken and during the course of investigation, it was found that based upon the not pressing statement given by the petitioner, further action was dropped on 10.01.2021.
