ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to call for the records in M.C.No.A1/204/2014, dated 22.05.2014 on the file of the third respondent(The Sub-Divisional Magistrate)/SubCollector Office, Kovilpatti and quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State. 3.What has been issued to the petitioner is only a summon. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the same.

4. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the third respondent from 22.05.2014.

5. Considering the same, a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass final orders in pursuant to the summons issued on 22.05.2014, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
