Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order in tp.F.fP.Tl;lk; 8/2019 dated 01.11.2019 passed by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the first and fourth respondents to survey and mark the boundaries of the petitioner's land in SF.Nos.36/7B, 36/7C1, 36/7C2 and 36/7C3 to a total extent of 1 acre 51 cents situated at Kayakkadu Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

ORDER

The above writ petition is filed to quash the impugned order of the third respondent dated 01.11.2019 in tp.F.fP.Tl;lk; 8/2019 and to direct the first and fourth respondents to survey and mark the boundaries of the petitioner's land in SF.Nos.36/7B, 36/7C1, 36/7C2 and 36/7C3 measuring an extent of 1 acre 51 cents situated at Kayakkadu Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. The third respondent, Tahsildar, Aranthangi Taluk Office, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District has filed a counter on 14.02.2020 wherein, in paragraph no.6, it is stated as follows: "6...Eventhough, the IA filed by the 5th respondent and the Execution Petition filed by the petitioner are all pending in the respective District Munsif Court and Sub Court, the 4th respondent has issued notice dated 08.02.2020 to the petitioner fixing the date of measurement of F.Line in respect of the boundaries of the lands in SF.Nos.36/7B, 36/7C1, 36/7C2 and 36/7C3 of Rajendrapuram Village and also to the 5th respondent and also to all other adjacent land pattadars to be present on 08.02.2020. I shall complete the measurement work and submit my compliance report."

3. It is now reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the above exercise has also been completed.
