COMPLAINANT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the order of this Honourable Court imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2609/2019 dated 20/02/2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extent the time to execute the order of this Court imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2609 of 2019 dated 20.02.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to produce sureties. The petitioners have received the order copy only on 28.02.2019. Hence, they are unable to execute the sureties within a stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD)No.2609 of 2019 dated 20.02.2019.

3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 20.02.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2609 of 2019 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
