O R D E R

This Writ Petition was filed to forbear the respondent Police from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner's family and the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is already a civil dispute pending between the parties and at the time of filing the writ petition, the suit was dismissed and an appeal was filed

before the Sub-Court, Tiruchendur. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in view of civil dispute pending between the parties, the respondent Police will not have any role to play and it is left open to the parties to adjudicate the dispute in the civil forum.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 12.09.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No ssb
