This Civil Revision Petition is filed to strike off the Execution Petition in E.P.No.15 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.920 of 2007 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing this Civil Revision Petition, a petition was filed by the petitioner in I.A.No. 636 of 2019 that was allowed by the Family Court, Chennai and that order was also executed. The same was intimated to the executing Court by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
