O R D E R

The charges were levelled against the petitioner on 18.08.2019. Pursuant to the charges levelled, the petitioner had given his explanation on 30.09.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is attaining age of superannuation on 31.05.2020 and if the present charges are kept pending, that could be an impediment for him to retire peacefully. In these circumstances, the respondents could be directed to consider the petitioner's explanation to the charge memo within a stipulated time.

W.P.(MD) No.1027 of 2020 explanation dated 30.09.2019 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
