ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining of wilful disobedience of the order, dated 11.09.2024, in W.P(MD)No.5782 of 2024 by 1/4

the respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.5782 of 2024, dated 11.09.2024, is complied with, by approving the appointment of the petitioner. However, the arrears of salary is pending and the same would be considered on a receipt of proper proposal from the school concerned.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to reopen the Contempt Petition, if the salary is not approved within a period of four weeks from today.
