This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 not to interfere into the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property which is of pure civil subject matter in connection with the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.117/1B2A, Thalapathi Samuthiram Part II Village, Tiurnelveli District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that there is no case and no F.I.R pending against the petitioner and hence, there is no harassment by the respondent police.
