This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 93 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and to file a final report within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that after completion of investigation, the respondent police has filed referred charge sheet and referred charge sheet notice has also been served to the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
