..Respondents PRAYER: This petition is preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the respondents particularly the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file the final report and pass any other order as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents particularly the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law and also file final report.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that there is no petition pending on the file of the second respondent police and the petitioner has sent complaint only through post. 4.The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police on 16.07.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the second respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry and complete the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
