Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide free house site Patta to the petitioners in Survey No.64/1, measuring an extent of 57 cents, situated at T.N.Puthukudi Village, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District, within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide free house site Patta to the petitioners with respect to Survey No.64/1, by considering the representations made by them on 24.11.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that he has already received written instructions from the fifth respondent and that the decision taken on the petitioners' representation will be conveyed to them, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, there shall be a direction to the fifth respondent to 2/4

convey the decision taken on the petitioners' representation to the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
