..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings vide Na.Ka.No.Se.Po/HE/TIR/TK/KV/A. No.667/2013 dated 14.03.2013 and quash the same and direct the fourth respondent to take appropriate action and provide a new electricity connection under the Fast Track Scheme, THADCO, as instructed by the third respondent in the letter dated 29.07.2013. 1/3

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner died two years back and he further submitted that he has already sent a letter to the family members of the petitioner requesting them to give the details of the legal representatives of the petitioner. But till date no response has been received from them.

2. Since no steps have been taken to bring on record the legalheirs of the deceased petitioner for the last two years, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. No Costs.
