O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to take action based on the complaint of the petitioner under Section 133 of Cr.P.C dated 15.06.2015 to remove the encroachment in water body made in S.No.669/1 to 669/10 situated in Mathavalayam, Senpagaramanpudur Village, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District and take appropriate action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

3. Seeking initiation of proceedings under Section 133 Cr.P.C the petitioner made representation dated 15.06.2015 and as no order has been passed on the representation, the present petition has been filed.

4. Considering the pendency of representation, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to take appropriate action on the basis of the representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
