RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition totally imposed in Crl.OP(MD) no.21247/2022 dt.1/12/2022 by this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAMED RIYAZ A, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.VEERANTHIRAN M, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21247 of 2022, dated 01.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21247 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul on 30.01.2023 and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.848 of 2023 thereafter, appear before the concerned Court, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
