O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.) This Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body or person of the detenue namely Viswanathan, S/o.Y.V.Devanathan aged about 6 years Tamilnathan, S/o.Y.V.Devanathan aged about 2 years before this Court and hand over their custody to petitioner and set them at liberty.

2. The petitioner got married one Devanathan and gave birth to two children. While being so, on 21.02.2024 the said Devanathan died, thereby the custody of the minor children were not given to the

petitioner by the fourth respondent who is none other than the motherin-law of the petitioner herein. Therefore the petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent and on receipt of the said complaint the petitioner was issued CSR No.4 of 2026. On enquiry the fourth respondent appeared and produced the minor children and now the minor children are handed over custody to the petitioner.
