ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.12.2024, to issue licence in favour of the petitioner for Shop No.12 in A Block located in New Bus Stand, Vadakku Valliyoor, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, for the period up to 31.03.2027, since the petitioner is a successful bidder in the public auction conducted by the 2nd respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the licence has already been issued to the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
